About ApexDrive

ApexDrive is a luxury car rental agent based in Marbella, Spain, connecting customers with trusted premium car rental providers across the Costa del Sol. We showcase and promote a selection of high-end vehicles and facilitate bookings between customers and our rental partners.

As part of the booking process, ApexDrive may collect payment and deposit information on behalf of the rental provider. Any deposits or rental payments are processed for and transferred to the respective vehicle owner or rental company.

ApexDrive does not own, operate, maintain, or rent vehicles directly. All rental agreements, vehicle operations, insurance coverage, and related services are provided by and remain the responsibility of the respective rental provider, subject to their terms and conditions.

Our Role as a Rental Agent

ApexDrive acts solely as an intermediary between customers and independent rental providers. While we assist with vehicle searches, inquiries, and bookings, the rental contract is entered into directly between the customer and the selected rental provider.

By making a booking through ApexDrive, you acknowledge that the rental provider is solely responsible for the vehicle, rental services, insurance, and compliance with applicable laws and regulations.

No Liability for Rental Transactions

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, ApexDrive is not responsible for the acts, omissions, products, services, or performance of any rental provider. Any rental agreement is entered into directly between you and the selected rental provider.

Accordingly, ApexDrive shall not be liable for:

• The condition, availability, suitability, maintenance, or performance of any vehicle;

• Pricing, deposits, rental charges, cancellations, refunds, or disputes relating to a rental;

• Accidents, injuries, damages, theft, traffic violations, fines, penalties, or any losses arising from the use of a rented vehicle;

• Insurance coverage, claims, or disputes between customers and rental providers;

• Telematics systems, GPS tracking, onboard monitoring devices, or any third-party services installed in rental vehicles.

  
  

Customers are responsible for reviewing and accepting the rental provider's terms and conditions before completing a booking. This includes all policies relating to payments, deposits, insurance, vehicle use, cancellations, and liability.

Website Usage Rules

• The content, vehicle listings, pricing, and availability displayed on our website are provided for general information purposes and may be updated, changed, or removed without notice.

• Vehicle availability, specifications, and pricing are subject to confirmation by the respective rental provider.

• You will not misuse the website, submit false or misleading information, interfere with its operation, or use our contact details for unauthorized purposes.

• ApexDrive reserves the right to modify, suspend, remove, or update any content, vehicle listing, or service offering at any time without prior notice.

• ApexDrive is not responsible for the content, availability, accuracy, or services provided by third-party websites, rental providers, or external links accessible through our platform.

  
  

Customers should review all rental terms and conditions directly with their selected rental provider, including policies relating to deposits, payments, fuel, vehicle returns, mileage limits, parking fines, toll charges, insurance coverage, and driver requirements.

By using ApexDrive, you acknowledge that ApexDrive acts as an independent rental agent connecting customers with third-party rental providers in Marbella and across the Costa del Sol. Your use of this website constitutes acceptance of these Terms of Use.
